"The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable ..."

Awful check in experience, cannot recommend
"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend ..."
