This house is located right across from Trail Heaven RV Park! Plenty of parking and fully stocked! Also has nice deck and fire pit! Come stay with us!!

Perfect rental!

Hubby and I stayed with friends to ride our atvs. House was clean and had more than enough room for our group. Easy access to trails and Wilmore Dam. We had a wonderful time! Would stay here again for sure.

Nice clean house

Nice clean house. Good location for outlaw trail riding. H&M trails a lil further away. Good parking but could be more parking closer to the house. The only main complaint several people had was the barking dogs in the neighborhood. Overall a good stay and would stay again if wanting that area.

Labor Day Weekend...

We had to fight yellow jackets the whole weekend. Everything else was great though. Needs to have more games if kids come though it was deceiving about having games for them even though we were adults. The playground stuff was good though. And no dish washer soap. Just

Great place and location to hit trails. Nice house. Amenities were great. We had 11 in our party staying at this house and 10 more staying in the cabins at Wilmore Dam. We had 12 side by sides and 6 were at this house. The only issue was parking. Thankfully with half our party at the cabins at Wilmore Dam, we were able to leave all our trailers and trucks there and just take 1 truck and the side by sides to the house. If you have a large party with several trucks and trailers, just known there isn’t much space at the house to park. The photo in the listing makes the yard and driveway look much larger than it actually is.

Convenient location and ample space for a group

We stayed at the end of June and had a fantastic time. Since it was our 7th year, staying in different locations, we have experienced various accommodations. This home is one we would not hesitate booking again!

Great place

This was our second stay and we were just as happy as we were the first time. We got to town a little earlier then we planned and the host was more then accommodating. The hosue has everything you could need for vacation and is big enough that you are not all right on top of each other. We will definitely be back to stay.
