I like the Rio but the Automation systems are terrible and I asked for Room service two days and that was not easy. Why do I have to chase down someone to clean the room when it should be in price. You try to get someone and you get AI. Use people

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

De accomodatie was mooi en vrij gelegen, aan de tuinzijde, aan een waterpartij. Was vrij modern ingericht. Schoonmaak zou nog wat puntjes op de i mogen hebben: vloer, bank en eetkamerstoelen waren niet echt schoon. Personeel reuze vriendelijk. Mooie omgeving voor wandelen en fietsen. Prijs wel pittig. ...

There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe.
