"Clean accommodations.Close to downtown Salt Lake.Close to grocery stores.Easy to get to other locations.Very friendly host.Easy check in and out.For a winter stay, be aware that your condo gets chilly easily (typical of this era of house), bring sweaters. There are wall heaters in each bedroom and the living area with 4 portable floor heaters, so it's not hard to warm up.We didn't hear the upstairs neighbors, and the only thing below you is the basement/laundry.The washer and dryer are pay (2 thru the app) but we've been told we'll get reimbursed.All in all a pleasant stay!!"

"What a neat little gem in a wonderful neighborhood! It was quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the fenced yard for our dog and the fact that there were a couple of parks nearby to take her for a run. Margaret was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area. "

"Beautiful home. Well stocked with the essentials. Lots of space for our family of 6. We Used thr apce to stay while we staffed a booth at a local Chriatmas Festival. The garage was nice had it snowed. It's on a busy road, but not bad. Hosts communicate well. House is in good working order and is impeccable. I will stay here again next year for our same market. If you're coming to the area to ski, you'll love this home. Summer would be enchanting too. Thank you hosts. "
