"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "We booked this hotel at the last minute for a long weekend getaway in Provence. While we didn't really need the amenities of a residence hotel (kitchen, laundry, etc), I could see how it would be a great advantage for people staying for a week, particularly with families. For our needs, the hotel was well-situated, comfortable and clean. The receptionist was charming, with many good ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. "The property itself is quite nice and has a lovely garden, however the host did not inform us that check-in is very difficult if you don’t have a car: the key was left a 40 minute walk away from the property. Furthermore, when we arrived the wifi wasn’t functional and I attempted several times throughout the stay to contact the host, but she did not respond until the night before we checked out."

"info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation.
