The location and the views are absolutely beautiful, and that’s the hotel’s biggest strength. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The staff was not very attentive, there was no entertainment at all, most of the gym equipment was out of order, and the food was repetitive and well below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, a stunning location, but the service and facilities need significant improvement.

Seemed like lots of renovations going on. There was a strange odor on the first floor. Breakfast was good but sme every day. Cats were here, there and everywhere. There were NO amenities especially pool. Rooms very clean and staff helpful.
