Even better, it's a quick 30-45 minute trip to the restaurants and ski resorts of Stowe, Smuggs, and Jay! You'll be surrounded by nature while enjoying the comfort of central AC, spacious bedrooms, and modern amenities.

Inside, the home offers a cozy, octagon-shaped, spacious layout featuring a warm living room with a fireplace, a main-floor king bedroom with an en-suite master bath, and two queen bedrooms on the first floor that share a double-vanity en-suite bath. There’s also a convenient half bath and tubs in both full bathrooms. Guests can enjoy board games for cozy nights by the fire, then step outside to gather around the campfires, relax on the outdoor furniture, or head down to the reservoir for a paddle or swim.
