6. All items in the house must be left at the house. If you take any items within the house, you will be charged for replacing those times.
7. Failure to disclose any issues within 24 hours of check-in will prevent the traveler from leaving a review. will remove all guests who do not meet these requirements.

9. No pets allowed. If you violate this policy, guest is to pay all cleaning and disposal fees for beds and linens and purchase new beds and linens
