"Exactly what we were looking for"

"Beautiful home with a great view, right on the ocean. Was very quiet when we went (off season), but will definitely be renting again. Very clean, and had just about everything you would need!"

"This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Had informed Vacasa that we wouldn’t arrive in Falmouth until midnight 4/25 (as we picked up relatives at Logan Airport), but it hadn’t been forwarded: the sloping entry to the cottage was pitch-dark! In the morning we found garbage cans tipped over, & trash strewn all around the yard —the same thing happening the second night (both times we had to clean up a mess). We requested an hour’s leeway for departing 4/27, which was to have been relayed to local owner;...

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Breakwaters. The cottage was exactly as advertised! It was super clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed for our delightful 4 night stay. The location was perfect, steps away from a very lovely, quiet beach and blocks away from downtown shops and restaurants. We also appreciated our host Steve, for his communications and his recommendations. We highly recommend The Breakwaters and Steve!"
