"Carol was the sweetest and showed us around the property when checking in. We were able to borrow beach chairs as well as she always had fresh baked sweets every day. One of the best stays we’ve had."

"Great location to get to Martha’s Vineyard, and the facility itself was immaculate. Even though we arrived later than we expected, due to traffic, the staff was very helpful in making sure we could have access to our room when we got there. We are definitely going to stay there again."

"We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure."

"Not at all what the pictures and . The bed took up the entire bedroom, and there was no place to move there. The bathroom is apparently a shared bathroom, which was not mentioned. There was a bunch of debris in the room as well."

"Staff was helpful especially to those needing assistance with baggage to their rooms. At check in, young men wee waiting to assist you. They also were in the pool area making sure everything was in order with supplies and guests! We enjoyed the general deck seating area where you could spend time away from your room but on the same floor overlooking the grounds (or parking lot). Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional. Location was an asset - quick walk to downtown and harbor area of Hyannis. Room was clean, but room deck could use some updating. Bathroom also was clean but needed updating - toilet seemed to be very loose and low! TP dispenser was in odd place. Yes, I would stay here again on our next visit to the area!"
Heritage House Inn on Cape Cod, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Place is great. Clean, comfortable, quiet. What I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom is terrible, and the breakfast was lacking. But if I came back to the area, I'd want to stay at the same place. Oh, and the location was great too."
"Everything was ok the breakfast was amazing but it was I was little upset that there was no sauna or steam room even though it is till advertised. Overall it was a great stay!"
"This is an older property - in arguably the best location in Hyannis. Excellent staff, very clean. The only reason we probably will not come back are the beds and pillows: they are so very uncomfortable, we all came back with back and neck pain after just 3 nights.
Please replace those beds."
