"Too many drain flies"

"I added on the breakfast but the hotel was fully booked so they redirected me from where the usual breakfast is to another location on the other side of the hotel. I ended up not using the breakfast even though I paid ahead for it. The room was stuffy, and the AC very inconsistent. The room was very spacious and overall comfortable other than the beds, which were terrible - rock hard. The pillows were also lumpy. I didn't go into the casino but the rest of the venue was amazing with so many shops and dining options and the splash zone was very nice. I attendedd a concert in Inspire Arena and it was priceless to be able to easily walk over to the Arena, enjoy the show and walk back to my room. I'd happily stay again for that reason, the great staff and nearby shopping/dining."

"A fine hotel for a quick sleep before a flight."

"This was my second time at this hotel. Everyone was super kind and the room was clean and large. I only wish it had an electric outlet right between the two beds to make charging easier while sleeping. Other than that, would totally recommend this place! "

"Stayed overnight waiting on a an early morning flight. Did not sample the restaurant but it looked totally acceptable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit small but was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. Attached to the hotel was a small convenience store where my wife and I purchased a couple of instant noodles. All in all the hotel fit our needs perfectly."

"A nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night to catch a morning flight out from Incheon International Airport. They have a free airport shuttle operating once on the hour. About a 15 minute ride from hotel to Terminal 1. The shuttle seemed to operate maybe 5 times per day mostly during morning hours and maybe up until just after lunch so consider this if you have a late afternoon or evening departure. They provided a simple continental breakfast in a dining area. Cup of noodles, cereal and milk, bread and jam along with ham and cheese slices if you wanted to make a sandwich and coffee machine. Satisfying enough to get you to the airport and on flight. You can walk from the metro station to the hotel in about 10 minutes if you arrive by subway and also you can take the airport direct train quickly from there if there's no shuttle available and you want to go budget without taxi. I would stay here again "

"The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice (spacious and modern). The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location has many restaurants and stores around it, walking distance. The Eunseo subway station is right across the street, an easy access to ICN airport. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport (not from). Overall it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. "
