"A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from. Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. "Possible 5* but for the parking garage. The room, dining facilities, staff were all excellent. There was even an ice machine on our floor. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, if not best hotel buffet spread/layout we’ve ever experienced. Heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location of the hotel made experiencing the city easy. I just wish the garage wasn’t so cramped. Luckily we rented a compact car. If we ever go back to Helsinki, we would stay here again"

"Really loved the location of this hotel and we had a nice, quiet stay. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean during our stay. The reception staff were also very helpful especially when the firm bed was a bit too firm - probably fine for most guests but I have chronic pain and sleep better with a soft bed. The only unexpected thing was a charge of 10 Euros for a towelling robe for our stay. Thank you everyone."
