Our best stay in an 11 day Croatia trip. Family run, excellent rooms, clean, modern, great location (12 min walk to ferry and old town, 14 mins to a great beach, grocery <1 min walk). There is a bit of uphill walk from the ferry port and rocky terrain down to the beach, but well worth it. Best of all Joseph (English speaking son) was so kind and accommodating. He helped us settle in, provided great suggestions and went above and beyond what we expected. Very smart and helpful.

The owner went out of his way arranging fabulous day trips and recommending dining. He met us up at the ferry and helped us with our bags coming and going. He gave us an explicit map of the area to walk to town, find restaurants, water taxis, and our way home. The apartment was large, the beds comfortable and fully stocked kitchen but we chose to eat out all the time. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for fun daytime activities and and quiet neighborhood.

Definitely the absolute best option in Hvar

I usually don’t leave comments, but this time is a must. The apartment was top-class. Furniture was (or seemed) new and even the colours matched perfectly. The location was perfect, walking distance from everywhere and 2 minutes walk from two supermarkets. Additionally, we had everything we needed to cook/enjoy some time in the apartment. We even had a smart-TV where we watched YouTube and Netflix. On top of that, Josif was by far the best host we ever had. He gently offered himself to pick us up from the port and he even took us there when we left (very) early in the morning. He also helped us out finding the best excursions and restaurants that adjusted our needs and budget, and for some excursions he rang himself and got us some discount. We would choose this apartment every single time.

The stay here was amazing. The apartment was clean, comfortable and included everything we needed. The location was pretty close to everything: the centre, the port and the restaurants. Also they have parking space so that was really helpful. The owner was super helpful and gave us plenty of tips about places to see and things to do since we arrived. We highly recommend it!

Loved our stay

We had a great stay in a large studio with a huge shower and spacious kitchen. Josip our host was fantastic!! Gave us all the information we needed and was only a phone call away if we had any questions. Very very kind and hospitable. It is like 10 mins walking from town and uphill, but was not a problem for us. Would definitely stay again 😊

This property exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect size apartment for my husband and I to stay in for 3 nights, and the main city center was within a beautiful 10 minute walk. The owner Josip went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and as comfortable as possible, and even went out of his way to give us recommendations on the best restaurants and different types of activities to do all over the island. If it wasn’t for his generosity I don’t think our trip would have been half as good without him. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and thank you again for such a great, stress free stay!

This was a great stay for me and my two friends. Josip was quick and thorough with communication and was able to pick us up from the ferry when we got in. The property is walkable but up a hill so it was nice to have a ride up. It’s about 10 minutes to walk down to the town. The apartment was clean, cute, and had everything a traveler needs. Josip even left us water and a welcome drink in the fridge! The apartment had a large patio and the surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Great stay thanks again Josip!

We had a wonderful stay at Nikolina apartment. It was a beautiful house with a several apartments. We were at the pink apartment with 2 specious rooms, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with a partial sea view. The place is immaculate and very conveniently located. Joseph was an amazing host who offered to pick us so and gave us a ride to the ferry. He was very helpful and gave us several helpful tips about Hvar, dining options, and even made a dinner reservation for us. I would highly recommend to stay at this beautiful place! Thank you Joseph for making our stay at Hvar so special! We’ll definitely come back and stay at Nikolina again!!!

Einwandfrei, piccobello, das Haus ist top gepflegt, das (und soweit ich es sehen kann, die anderen auch) Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, die Betten bequem. Vom Balkon sehen wir aufs Meer und der Hafen ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mein Auto steht in einer der Garagen. Also alles stressfrei und angenehm.

Best place and host ever!

We have stayed In the apartment for 3 nights. The apartment is very clean and it’s in a great location, very close to Hvar center. You have a beautiful view on the sea from the balcony. Our host Josip was excellent, he picked us up from harbour, and for all our stay he was so helpful, has a great knowledge on where to eat and what to see! If you have a chance, you should go on a boat trip that Josip recommends (Blue and green cave). It was one of our favourite day! All of us will strongly recommend this place in Hvar and excellent host! 😃 thanks Josip! We will be back!

The most accommodating host we've had to date. Josip was friendly, offered advice, transport to and from the ferry and generally went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartment is a short walk from the Port, but far enough to offer a peaceful night's sleep. Would highly recommend if looking for a budget friendly place in Hvar

Our stay was amazing at Apartmani Nikolina. The owners of the property were reacheable at any time by whats app and graciously helped us whenever we needed it- even giving us a ride to the ferry! Everything was comfortable and pleasant. They really go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend.

Great host, great room.

Great room a short walk away from the center of Hvar. The host was excellent - even picked me up from the ferry port. It’s only a 10 mins walk or so from the port, so I was a little confused at first. But it’s up a small hill, and the ride to the property with my big was MUCH appreciated and went above and beyond. I had two bedrooms and a shared bathroom in between - only used one of the rooms. Clean, 50s vibe (but like cool retro), lovely AC. Host even had cold water and beer in the fridge for me - my kind of host. The next day, he not only offered to keep my bags while I went to have breakfast after check out, but he drove my bags down to the town center just before my ferry was leaving. Wow! Really amazing hospitality, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
