"nice new business hotel with new very nice rooms, but the lobby looked like a haunted house with no service staff to speak of and no smiles. no decent restaurants in hotel or in the area as district is new. I would recommend Novotel to send their staff from Paris to help train the locals more. "

"The overall hotel was alright. Though the cleaning staff did NOT take out the trash before I arrived (there was already rubbish in the bin when I entered) and previous occupant’s hair was found in multiple places. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was ok, offered both western (toast and hash browns) and eastern cuisine. Room service is good as well. The view of the lake was beautiful. I recommend a room facing it. However, be aware, this hotel is full of crooks. Do not stay here if you...
