Room was very clean but quite small, well situated for the old quarter. It was a bit noisy at night time.

The location on the quaint little side street was amazing. Breakfast was a multi national selection of dishes with lovely attentive service from Trang who would have turned buffet service in waitress service if you’d asked! Thanks Trang. Celena also deserves a mention as she took us under her wing and made sure that all our trips were successful and our (many) questions answered. Ninh Bin and Halong Bay successfully and enjoyably completed with Celena’s help- thanks Celena.

Amazing staff, very clean room, loved the rooftop bar. Close to lots of attractions. Very quiet as well.

As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling. From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special. Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money. The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

Staff, room, location and breakfast all excellent! We stayed 2 nights the left for a 2 night Halong cruise and the Hotel staff looked after our larger bags. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.
