The stylishly furnished holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift. With 56 m² of space, it offers plenty of room for two people. A small, covered balcony invites you to relax and wind down at the end of the day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The heart of the apartment is the bright, open-concept living area with a cosy sofa nook, a TV (Magenta TV), and an inviting dining area. Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+ are also available to you free of charge and without requiring an additional login. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a Senseo espresso machine. A small selection of basic spices is also provided.

The bedroom’s peaceful atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind. The comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses offers you the best in sleeping comfort and creates the ideal conditions for restful nights. Another TV (SMART TV) is available in the bedroom.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The pleasant underfloor heating, which runs throughout the entire apartment, along with the energy-efficient heat pump heating, ensures a comfortable living environment in every season.

A separate utility room offers additional convenience. A washing machine is available there for your exclusive use (please use liquid detergent only).
Our non-smoking apartment features high-speed internet and offers you a free parking space in the underground garage directly adjacent to the building. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the building’s dedicated bike storage area. A high chair and travel cot are available free of charge for our younger guests.
