"This was one of the most anticipated stops along our road trip. We were only able to stay one night due to availability but we would have loved to stay longer. The place was very quiet, peaceful and romantic. The space was mindfully designed and very visually appealing. I can tell the owner out a lot of thought into the interior design. The heated floors + heated towel rack made the place even more cozy. We enjoyed the stars in the jacuzzi but unfortunately didn’t see the northern lights that night (although I’m sure it is a great place to see them when they are out). The only downside was some of the pots were covered in food from previous guests. All of the plates, cups and silverware were spotless though."

"Thank you for the great stay, the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kettle right in the room was so convenient. Check in was easy! Loved the breakfast in the morning. The surroundings were lovely, especially watching the horses. Also booked a 2 hour seaside tour and it was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful! Its also a short drive to Husavik where there were restaurants and other amenities, so very convenient location as well."

"The Langvatan Guesthouse was the nicest stay so far during our past 8 days in Iceland. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The common dining area was very cozy and warm. The washrooms were spacious and clean. The rooms were simple and small, but that's all you really need at night. The breakfast was DELICIOUS! So many options to choose from. They also offered dinner, if we hadn't eaten dinner already, we would've had dinner here as well. Overall,100/10 would recommend & would stay again."
