"I thought with this hotel being a Hyatt this would be a great place to stay but I was wrong. Our room had a bad AC and was super noisey. My toddler is afraid of loud noises so that was a problem. It woke us up all night every single time it would turn on. It was terrible. The next morning i asked the staff if we could switch rooms for our 2nd night but of course they were completely full. The breakfast was terrible, like really. The food was cold and barely any options. Also we were traveling with kids and planned on going to the pool but nope, it was closed. I wished we would have known that before booking so we could have stayed somewhere else. We will never stay here again."
