This home offers the utmost in relaxation and entertainment. On the main level, there is a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a large shower. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a large shower, access to the balcony with stunning mountain and park views, and a Roku TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a large closet while the bunk room includes two triple bunk beds that sleep six and a Roku TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a king-size sleeper sofa, Xbox and an old-school arcade game with 300 classic games to enjoy. The two-car garage is equipped with a ping pong table and a 65-inch TV for entertainment. The backyard is ready for barbecue fun with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. Loved this home!!

Our kids loved the heated lazy river! We also enjoyed having the hot tub to ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. We loved the family friendly home and area.

Great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our visits to Zion & Bryce. The property was fabulous! We loved all the space & appreciated the separate bathrooms. The game room was awesome & we really enjoyed using the amazing pool at the clubhouse!!

Couples MTB Weekend

Fantastic townhome for 3 couples each having their own ensuite. Hot tub great. Looks like set up well with family and kids as well. Great location near our favorite bike rides.

Great Property/Great Location

This property was perfect for our family of four while we visited Zion National Park. It was exceptional in all aspects and only about 25 minutes from Zion; perfect location. Our days were spent in the park and the later afternoon/evenings were spent at the pool.

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay

Excellent place to stay

This place was comfortable, clean, and such a fun place to stay. Having a good mix of all ages staying it was nice to have the hot tub, ping pong table, and other games to play. It was very clean. It also is located in a great spot. I'm glad we were able to stay here!

Perfect for visiting Zion

We were hiking and biking all over the Hurricane/Zion/Virgin area and this was a perfect base camp for us. Nice to come home to a hot tub in our back yard, and with the yard being fenced in, we had the privacy we wanted. We enjoyed the Zion Village Resort complex, and used the clubhouse for two of our four nights, as we had others in the complex staying in different units. We will totally come back!

Great Week in Zion

Great location. About a 35-40 minute drive to Zion. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The gym and pool access was a bonus. Plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained in between outings. Good views of the surrounding mountains. 10/10 recommend.

Family weekend on the lake

We love Sand Hallow! This place isn't the closest, but it's a great neighborhood that is close with a nice pool area when we weren't on the lake. The place was great! Easy check-in/out, plenty of beds, clean, some good fun additions(video games, Foosball, ping pong). We had enough driveway space to park the boat and tow vehicle (but had to disconnect the boat from the tow vehicle to fit). I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious

Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Backyard was comfortable. Spacious condo and lots of space for more than one family. Bunk beds are roomy for 6 children/adults. We enjoyed the large family room/kitchen also. Beds were all comfortable.

Good but internet is inconsistent

We had a great stay. The property was clean and the amenities were lots of fun. We would give this a full 5 star rating if we didn't experience major internet problems. The first night there was no internet and once it was up and running it was too slow to even do a video work call or watch a movie. This was a working trip so internet was essential not just for entertainment. The management team was fairy quick in their response time but we had to figure out our own solution. If you don't need internet I would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved the property we selected. The house was more than accommodating and the floor plan was perfect. If you have a family with kids or adults there was plenty to entertain both. We had an amazing stay. We had a clean, working hot tub. Everything you could possibly need to make a basic meal and more. The house looked brand new. It was very clean and organized. The beds were comfy. The kids had a great time in the bunk room/ play room upstairs. Our WiFi was unplugged when we got there but I contacted our hostess and they helped us find it right away to get it fixed. They were very responsive and accommodating. We were able to use the neighborhood pool and the kids had a blast there too. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children to attend the wedding of our oldest. The home was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool/lazy river, fitness room, and hot tub at the unit and all were great. We had one minor issue when we arrived (burnt out lightbulb in the master bath) and it was promptly addressed. As others have mentioned, it’s unfortunate that the arcade game doesn’t work (why not either fix it or remove it) but I have no complaints about our stay. Location was perfect, as well.

Great location, brand new condo

20 min from Zion and 20 min to St George makes this a great location for exploring the area. This condo is virtually brand new and professionally managed. The maintenance person for the hot tub came twice during our stay for a standard check up which was great! it was just my wife and I so the place was way larger than we needed but it was such a value I could not pass it up. if you have a family with several kids this place is perfect with foosball, a ping pong table and Xbox to keep the kids busy all night.
