The Space:

This stylish home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, featuring spacious living areas, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A rooftop deck with a hot tub offers breathtaking views, while the second-floor den provides an additional space for entertainment and relaxation. Guests also enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including pools, BBQ, a lazy river, sports courts, and fitness facilities at both Coral Springs and Terra Resorts.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and the rooftop deck with a private hot tub. Resort amenities at Coral Springs and Terra Resorts are also available during the stay. Parking is available for up to three vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. The home is just a short drive from Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Sand Hollow State Park. The nearby cities of St. George and Washington offer shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Las Vegas is just a two-hour drive away for those looking to explore further.

Located just 30 minutes from Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George, this prime destination offers easy access to Southern Utah’s best attractions. Conveniently situated off the freeway next to the top-rated Coral Canyon Golf Course (18 holes, par 72), it’s perfect for golf enthusiasts.
