"Mid-way to everything!"

"Room was mostly clean though there was a bug on my pillow the first night. Perfectly fine quality for the low price. Breakfast was sufficient, there’s a wonderful view from the outdoor patio of the breakfast and from the rooms. The alarm clock in our room went off at 5am the first night which was pretty annoying but we just unplugged it for the rest of the stay. Friendly staff."

"We brought a group to Utah for a corporate retreat. This property was very clean and well maintained. Ruby, the property manager, met us at check in to show us the many features of the home. She was very responsive to answer any questions and to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Truly cannot say enough good things about this home!"

"Beautiful setting and grounds and clean, new construction, and if you like Golfing or Off-roading, both are available so close. 15 minutes to get to any sort of groceries or convenience or department; heck, any kind of stores, though, so a bit isolated. I only wish they would have emptied the trash outside the buildings more often, and had some "Entrance" signage for the doors/walkways to the 7 buildings."
