"We stayed for a week, and the host, Ryan, was great. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The water view from the unit was beautiful and the highlight of our stay.Our experience started with small issues. I was able to check the unit early and noticed several areas that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, including thick dust on blinds and decorative plants, smudges on walls and furniture, food crumbs on the dining table, and burnt residue in the oven. I feel embarrassed and didn’t plan to do a deep clean before my guests’ arrival. The good thing was the beddings and towels were clean and ready. Ryan responded quickly and arranged for a cleaner to come out, which improved the condition of the unit, though it wasn’t perfect.The unit showed quite a bit of wear and tear, whole bunch mismatched dinnerware, and worn cookware. The dining table could use refinishing, and additional chairs would be helpful. Overall, we would stay again and hope these issues won’t happen next time."

"Perfect house for family boating trip. Very close to Mary Esther, FL boat ramp. Plenty of off-road parking for the boat.The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 & dog. There was plenty of room for more guests. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking & it had a fenced in backyard. Very clean & neat space. "

"The property was clean, check in was easy, and communication with host was superb. It’s a short, easy drive to the beach, restaurants, and a park and dog park are close by. Nice fenced in large, shaded yard for dogs. There’s also room to park a boat depending on how many cars are in the driveway. There’s plenty of room for a family with a comfortable room with a TV for adults (and all family), and an additional room with a TV if you bring children, parents, etc. (all rooms had TV’s). Also, a full size washer and dryer are available. Bath towels and other nice amenities are supplied, but ask the host about bringing your own beach towels. We had everything we needed during our stay, and if we have another fishing trip, we will check availability here. "

"Our service crew needed a house near Hurlburt AFB for a two-week job we were contracted for. The house had a perfect location to the AFB, although the neighborhood was tad seedy, and had a rooster crowing, just a few annoyances. The interior and all the furnishings were very nice and comfortable, no complaints."
