Only stayed for one night , but the hotel is very luxurious. It could do with more signs to a direct you to the lifts as it feels like a maze sometimes. Staff were attentive, always willing to help . I would definitely stay longer to make use of the full amenities

My stay here was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed everything about Serry beach. The property was clean and modern. Employees were friendly and helpful. Fatma at the front desk was especially helpful and provided us with great local recommendations. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. I would stay here again, and again. 10/10 highly recommend.

這個價位值得更好的服務

去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Serry Beach Resort Mein Aufenthalt im Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada war zusammen mit meiner Freundin absolut fantastisch. Von Anfang bis Ende fühlten wir uns überaus wohl, nicht zuletzt dank der wundervollen und hellen Gestaltung der Ausstattung, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffte. Einer der Höhepunkte unseres Aufenthalts waren definitiv die täglichen kulinarischen Genüsse. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren jeden Tag eine Gaumenfreude, mit einer Vielzahl an leckeren Optionen zur Auswahl. Das Personal des Resorts verdient besondere Anerkennung für ihre Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit. Sie trugen stets dazu bei, dass wir uns rundum umsorgt fühlten und machten unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die nächtlichen Unterhaltungsangebote am Strand waren gelungen und trugen zu einer unvergesslichen Erfahrung bei. Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit, die wirklich hervorsticht, war der Austausch der Liegenbezüge am Abend. Das hat unser Erlebnis auf ein neues Niveau von Komfort und Luxus angehoben.
