"I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone there is doing their best to provide the best service. My daughter had an asthma attack on the beach. The lifeguard was so attentive and proactive, he got her an oxygen tank, called the golf cart and the Dr. on duty. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name. The front desk staff is amazing, especially Mr. Assem and Mr. Ashraf. There are 2 things that they need to work on/improve. 1) The drinks; even thought food was great, drinks are awful, that it can...

"From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Very helpful throughout our stay. Reception staff were fantastic. Arranging our packed lunch for trips and booking restaurants. All staff in all restaurants were very professional and the selection of food was very good. The bar staff in all the bar areas were very polite and the service was great. The only area that needed a little more attention was around the beach. Although in fairness not all areas were open. "

"The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect"
