I recently stayed at Elaria Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is convenient, particularly for travellers, as it’s quite close to the airport and affordably priced. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable. I found the bed to be comfortable, and the breakfast was rather good, with a nice selection to start the day. However, I must mention that the internet connection did not work during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the toilets did not appear to be sanitised properly, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for somewhere near the airport with good value, though some aspects could certainly be improved.

The staff is friendly and kind and the Check-in was fast. The room was very basic but with comfortable beds and clean linen and towels. But the bathroom was not clean at all. A mini bar was available but not any water or drinks available. Not a cattle or any other facilities too. A supermarket besides for some groceries. The breakfast with a simple buffet was enough. I asked a city view room but the view was just to a patio. It was very noisy all the night until 7 am with the music sound from a disco nearby so I had not a relaxed sleep time. Actually it was not the best choice and i would not book again.

We had some problems in the start. the network didn’t work, neither did the TV. But we got a lot of help from the restaurant manager Ahmed. He went out of his way to make us satisfied. He followed us to the beach and paid our taxi and always checked in on us. 5 stars for Ahmed

Unfortunately I have nothing really positive to say about my stay. I know there are some positive reviews (I always check before booking) so perhaps this was unlucky but it was a rough 2 nights for me. The WiFi was really on and off which is understandable (just be prepared) but that was the least of my problems. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned when I checked in, there was a tile loose in the floor and I cut my foot on it, there was never hot water in the shower (it got to lukewarm) there was urine and toilet paper in the toilet when I checked in and there were most definitely bedbugs. I woke up with many, very itchy bug bites and I found a dead one in the bed in the morning. The staff was nice but overall the stay was quite bad.

Friendly and helpful staffs

We've been here twice and the staffs were vey friendly and helpful. We had many weird requests (eg. check out at 2:30am to catch a flight, extend the stay for a couple hours) and they sorted them out smoothly and with patience. PS. There is a store right next to the hotel where we bought some coke and snacks. Also there are a few restaurants within 10 min walking distance. It's quite a nice area.

Smooth check-in. Kindly staff. The room was poorly cleaned. Unfortunately no drinking water was offered in the room. There was no pressure in the shower faucet when showering. Good enough to stay one night to move on.
