Eerste keer naar deze resort geweest, het was uitmuntend gezellig en super leuk, de kinderen hadden het erg leuk, faciliteiten waren goed, veel keuze qua restaurants. Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Animatie was geweldig en er is altijd wat te doen. Echt een aanrader, en wij zullen zeker terug komen!

Kleine orientalische Stadt mit viel Flair

Wir, Mitte 40 mit Tochter (16) waren nun in nahezu allen Hotels der Pick Albatros Gruppe in Hurghada. Das Alf Leila hat uns vom Gesamtkonzept am besten gefallen bis jetzt. Wir fahren da in jedem Fall wieder hin. Die Anlage bietet für alle etwas, für Familien mit Kind genauso wie für Alleinreisende oder Paare, jeder kann hier selbst entscheiden ob er es ruhig oder genügsam oder Halli Galli haben möchte. Sport und Spiel ist sehr viel vorhanden. Für Familien mit Kindern geiegnet, Rutschenpark vom Schwesterhotel Jungle Aqua Parc auch empfehlenswert.

بعض العاملين بالفندق يفرقون بين نزلاء الفندق المصرين وبين الأجانب وأكد البعض ولا الكل وده إلى ضايقنى جدا جدا رغم أنه فى المره السابقه لم أحس بذلك واتمنى تدارك ذلك سريعا من إدارة الفندق

الفندق جيد لكن المشكله فى بعض العاملين بالفندق مستوى تعاملهم معنا كمصرين أقل من تعاملهم مع الأجانب لد طة انى سمعت أحدهم وهو عامل البار فى المطعم الايطالى بيقول بالحرف انا اللى بيدفعلى مرتبى الاجنبى وكمان قال انا اممكن اعمل كوكتيل بس مش هاعمل والكلام ده بمناسبة ان واحده نزيله مصريه طلبت منه كوكتيل وهو يوضح إحساسه السيىء تجاه نزيل الفندق المصرى ورغم أن هذه المره الثانيه لى بالفندق إلا انى أعتقد جديا انا سأذهب لفندق آخر بالمره القادمه أما معظم العاملين تعاملهم جيد ولكن المشكله فى هؤلاء فقط

The resort is good but the rooms are so bad

We had a very bad experience at that hotel. The rooms are not even a 2 stars hotel!! Bad smell and stanes on bed sheet, broken towel hanger, broken door, it was just ugly in the room!! Do not be fooled by the pictures!! They really ruined my vacation
