Decent stay. Could be better tho.

The stay was decent for the price. Bed was kind of loud as the room was not carpeted and, i saw 2 roaches in the bathroom. They should have someone come out and spray the building really good.

It was absolutely filthy- i saw cockroaches, the floors, walls, bathroom and common areas were filthy, and it smelled strongly of mold and mildew: I checked out after just one short night and they refused to refund for the next 2 nights.

The front desk is nice and helpful. However, the rooms are disgusting.. especially the bathrooms. I had to check out early and find a new place. There was mold and hair in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Maintenance came to fix something in the room while I was out and I was not notified, my things that were on the counter were thrown into the sink and had water dripping all over them because the sink was leaking. It’s a non-smoking hotel, but every floor wreaks of cigarettes. Don’t waste your time.

The room smell like mold. You had to take out your owne trash and towels. Walking through the hallways you could smell the oder of Marijuana. I payed for two nights and left after the first night. Only reason I stayed the first night was because I checked in at 11:30 pm and was tired. When I arrived at the property to check, in the person working the front desk was very rude. I would like to be able to get a refund for at least one night, but was told that would never happen. I do not recommend anybody with children to stay at this place.

There were roaches in my room, several people with multiple HUGE dogs staying in one room and constantly going in and out. The animals make that place smell so bad! Yet I had to go outside to smoke which normally is not an issue but I just don’t understand why it is OK to have multiple dogs staying in one room on several different floors and stinking up the building but yet it’s a non smoking facility? Riddle me that! But the staff there was very kind very sweet, very helpful and caring. The building the rooms elevators etc horrible— Staff EXCELLENT! I left 3 days early!

Woodsprings pretty sweet

Well my stay there in the general aspect was pleasant and normal to say the least nothing out of the ordinary really a lot of rules and restrictions on smoking which I thought was decent at least they don't allow smoking in any of the rooms but are lenient enough to let people smoke in the parking lot or in their cars. I've noticed an occasional medicine PD do rounds of surveillance in that particular Hotel parking lot not sure why but you know maybe it's just keep stuff safe who knows but could be information to somebody for God's sake if you don't if you have warrants don't stay there because it's a wrap if you do this the hotel staff Amanda Jackson is a manager who went up and Beyond her duties to make sure her guests or comfortable and safe and having a great experience at her hotel much thanks to her even when the appliances are broken they immediately were assessing the situation by the very next day even though the office was closed due to weather conditions. That was outstanding service going up and Beyond and passed protocol to go and assist my situation. The only downside is the walls are not very insulated for sound so now it's something to consider if you're going to be a guest there they do have a set of hours deemed quiet time late at night till 7:00 in the morning to ensure the comfort of the guest which is really nice They don't serve breakfast although they do offer on site laundry and vending machines that take credit coin dollar and phone NFC payments.
