The location is a hidden gem on the outskirt of Huntsville. There are restaurants that are close by and walkable and two publix about a five minute drive in either direction.

Anniversary Trip

The home was beautiful just as pictured. The area we really liked with a small shopping center very close by. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors we came in contact with were friendly.

Comfortable stay

This townhouse worked out well for our stay in Huntsville. It is very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook. This is a fairly new neighborhood of townhomes. Publix is very close by and a nature preserve with a walking path is also a short drive away.

Everything was excellent!

Location was excellent, access to highways and freeways were excellent. The location was convenient for shopping and getting any necessary item that was needed. It was a memorable stay. We hope that we can book this again in the future.

Great house in a great location

I highly recommend this house!! Location is great, close to NASA, grocery store and restaurants. House is very well stocked in all areas of the house. Communication with the host was amazing! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay. The house was well furnished and clean. The host sent me our access code after payment and we never had any issues entering or leaving the house. Area is quiet and very safe. Down the road you have a shopping center with a grocery store, fast food, restaurants, and gas station. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

Friends and I were in town for NABBA competition at the Von Braun Center and needed a reasonable place to stay for a few days. This was an impeccably clean and comfortable place and met every need we had. We each had our own bedroom, plenty of space and the owner thought of everything. Very responsive host ready to meet our every need. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for all most 2 weeks it was very clean very nice the picture actually are exactly how it looks. I would walked around the neighborhood and people are very nice. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable!

Shirlene was an attentive host, responsive and great communcation. The townhouse was beautiful new and as described. It was very clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Very nice neighborhood and very quiet. Definitely a go to when we need an extended stay in the Huntsville area.

Beautiful, clean and quiet

My family came for a cheer competition. We loved this property! We were able to get the rest we needed between days because of how quiet the neighborhood was! The house was spotless and spacious! I recommend this property to anyone that needs a clean, quiet and roomy place to stay! So glad we chose this house to rent for the weekend!!!

Spacious

Had plenty of room and the layout was nice. We had issues with the tv programming. The listing has been changed now after talking with host. We didn’t know there would be no access to programming on any of the 4 TVs. No local no cable or Hulu or Netflix without personal account. The listing had stated these which lead us to believe it would be available upon arrival. I’ve never stayed anywhere that could watch even local channels. The trash bin in the garage had garbage which made the entire garage and laundry room stink. Don’t park in garage unless you want that stink. We arrived 11 minutes after check in time. Dryer was still running full of towels and rugs. Front porch chairs dirty. The condo itself is new which made overall nice but I think could use more time on cleaning services.

Up-to-date Family Spot in the Very Likable Huntsville Area

We enjoyed our stay! The host was responsive to all our communication. The house is cute, newer, comfortable, nicely stocked and clean! The neighborhood is (uniformly) quaint. Spacious main room and we really enjoyed the ping pong table! If you love local coffee shops, two nearby gems: Lux Bru & Honest Coffee. A few things we would find helpful: —The mattresses, pillows and linens are sufficient, but more basic. —If fragrance sensitive, it’s heavily scented home. (Plug-ins, scented sprays, cleaners and detergents.) Some love this, but for two in our family it causes migraines, so just making a note in case you’re sensitive. —We didn't prefer the cameras on the back patio, where it’s nice to enjoy your coffee in your jammies. But we do understand the desire for security. —Our arrival info stated quiet hours start at 6PM; surprisingly early, but this seemed to work out fine, even when playing ping pong in garage. —We’ve not previously found a property that required either a large security deposit or to purchase insurance against damage. Not preferred, but we chose to do it because we liked the house! Refunds are issued two weeks after check-out. We'd prefer to receive communication within the first two days as to damage/claims/refund, especially with new guests were arriving right after us. That said, everything did go fine and we were fully refunded as scheduled. Those things noted, we would like to repeat, it’s a lovely home, a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay.
