The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable beds. The restaurant on site is very nice. Close to all things MidCity. The only issue was as check in. There was something wrong with their system and I was being told my card was not being authorized for the incidentals. After using THREE different cards and receiving notifications that they DID all go through. It was not a me issue it was a them issue, resulting in a $100 hold on 3 different cards. I definitely was not please and unfortunately there was nothing to be done. I was apologized to and told at least they would fall off.

The hotel is in a great location. However, nothing special about the hotel itself. There is no microwave nor refrigerator. Also the check-in process is not quick and efficient. Staff member seemed confused at times.
