THE PROPERTY IS A TRUCKER STOP MOTEL. PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. AND THIS WAS A BARGAIN. FOR THE AGE, THEY KEEP THE PLACE IN GOOD CLEAN CONDITION.

It was older than I anticipated. We normally stay at the Hampton Inn but the price was so much higher so thought I’d try a place with a more reasonable price. It was definitely clean but I don’t like outside entrance to room. The free breakfast was extremely well run, very neat and organized and cleanliness was good throughout room and breakfast dining. We stayed at Best Western Plus the following night and it was GREAT. Really nice and much more to my liking.

At the desk we asked for a downstairs room. None available, yet the hotel wasn't busy or full and there were rooms available downstairs. The toilet was extremely low. The bathroom had patched plaster showing. the little rug between the beds was tattered and frayed and useless, the beds were old and squeaked, the TV was broken and they had to bring in a different one in and it smelled moldy. The outside had cigarette butts and an egg pattie laying there as we walked to the car. Only positive, the breakfast was okay.

We apologize for any issues you had during your stay. At the time you booked all downstairs rooms had been reserved . We are in the process of updating areas of the rooms to be more uniform and that takes time. As for cigarette butts and the egg patty it's had to control grow adults to put things in the receptacles we have around the property. We do our best to pick up after everyone.

Overall the staff tried to be helpful. I did have a problem with the WIFI in my room and went to the front desk for assistance. The first team helped me and the WIFI worked in the lobby. When I went back to the room it did not. I stated something to the front desk in the morning about it not working in my room. The response I got was it is working here in the lobby, and she did not offer to look into the problem. As I was checking out the next day, I mentioned it and the manager said they were not aware of the issue and would get IT out to find out what the issue was. Great for the next person, not good for me when I really needed to get some work done.

Staff seem upset about their job. There’s a crawl hole behind the mirror facing the room, no telling where it goes. Beds are squeaky and dated. Prices are high compared to what’s offered and other places in this area that are seemingly better.

We apologize for any issue you had during your stay.The room you were in had a leak that day and maintenance didn't have time to cover properly. The crawl hole is actually the plumbing in the walls. Unfortunately we have to cut behind the mirror to access but I assure you no one can just walk in there.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, easy to talk to, the beds was some of the softest beds I've ever slept on in any hotel I have stayed at in the past, the room was nicely remodeled, walking distance to Applebee's and a very short drive to other restaurants, the breakfast was a full on breakfast that tasted very good. I would stay here over and over again. Loved this place.

The hotel was run down considerably from our stay last year. The room keys did not work despite them being programmed twice. Finally had to have the night manager let us in. The beds springs were very noisy. The entire experience was just not good. Won’t be back.
