Thank you for your review please always let front desk know if you have a problem they could fix it for you. Our breakfast is served from 5 AM to 9 AM. This is a four hour window to get breakfast. Always use the do not disturb sign. If you do not want Housekeeping coming, they do work from eight in the morning to three in the afternoon. We are sorry you had so many inconveniences. We are sorry you feel this way the hold is 50 not 100 and it is a hold not a charge to the card. We release the hold after we have checked the room and you get it back within a couple days. All hotels put a hold on your card for a certain amount to make sure you have funds other than the room cost. This is to cover any bar/beverage charges or if you cause any damage. Many good hotels have the exact policy. It is also written online for you when you make your reservation. This is so you know about the hold before you book with us. It is listed under things to know about your reservation. If you would like to express your concern even more, you can call me at any time, just ask to speak to the manager.

We are actually putting new bathrooms in in every room soon. We see what you are saying. We are glad you enjoyed everything else though.

I have checked your previous room and the bathroom door is fine and not off the hinge. Also have checked the toilet seat. It had a little bit of movement but very little. We are sorry you did not like it here. Always let the front desk know as soon as you check in that you are not pleased with your room.

It has been raining for the past month or longer. This tends to happen when there’s a lot of rain. Plus, people are using the air conditioning at full capacity which causes moisture to release from the air conditioner. This will cause a room to become musty at times. Unfortunately we live in the south and there is nothing that we can do when this happens every year.
