This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, with additional sleeping space available on the deep, oversized couches. Soaring 10-foot ceilings, exposed beams, and an open-concept layout create a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The entire guest rental is located on one level, with all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces conveniently accessible without stairs.



Step outside to a walkout patio with stunning views, unwind in the spacious yard, or store your gear in the oversized garage. Just minutes from Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley, the home is also located within the gated Edgewater Community, where guests can enjoy pickleball courts, fire pits, picnic areas, and a lakeside walking path along Pineview Reservoir.

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 7 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• No Pets: This property has a strict no-pet policy.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.
