"Nice hotel in a great location. It is across from the convention center. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Area around the hotel was nice. A few things to note, the valet parking sign said $35, but I ended up paying $62. There’s was a $20 urban amenities fee?? and taxes. Didn’t know about that until I got my bill. Also charged for internet, $19. I didn’t know that either until I got my bill. Not sure where these items were listed when I booked the room. "

"The staff was so helpful and polite. I could tell that they really cared about how the lobby looked and greeting everyone that walked through. The air unit in our room was not cooling, but it was quickly fixed while we were out for the day. The parking was convenient but really tight and hard to navigate a large SUV.
