The rooms have lots of character, with all the facilities you need but not in a standardised, soulless format as in so many modern chain hotels. The food is relatively simple but excellent, wholesome and obviously freshly-cooked. The breakfast selection is excellent and the service is cheerful and friendly. You'll enjoy your stay!"
