There are security cameras outside that allow for viewing and monitoring CC of outdoor space (front door and driveway) they are placed in common spaces that are clearly identified. Common spaces do not include sleeping areas or bathrooms. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER : This is an accessory apartment, the entrance will be in the BACK of the home. If carrying luggage you will have lift it, as the pathway leading to the back of the home are stepping stones on grass. Also, sometimes there can be some minor noise from people walking or talking coming from upstairs as this is a shared home(We are very mindful anyways and is super quite after 9pm), be aware of this before booking.
