"The property was clean and surprisingly roomy for an upstairs apartment. Tristan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was helpful to be close to downtown and Marshall University. The barbershop is on the first floor, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Thanks for a nice stay!"
