- Beautiful home with new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring, new windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. The Tri-State airport is about 10 minutes away and Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and televisions in both bedrooms and WiFi is available for guests. The WiFi works great for streaming, gaming, and remote work. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units. This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY.
