"When we reserved, we asked for a handicap rm w a walk in shower. We ended up on the 3rd floor in a non handicap room w a very bad tiny tun w no bars to help get in and out of the tub. I contacted them early next morning and they did get us a handicap rm switched; however, we ended up w 1 bed. There was still a tub but at least it had the protection bars. My handicap mother is all bruised up from forcing her legs over the tub side. We were told the pool would be open monday at 9:00 am and it was not opened until thursday, for the first time.None of the ice machines worked, so I had to get ice from a staff member. The breakfast was ok, so no complaints there. I feel like the pictures online played up what the rooms looked like, compared to the actual room. The staff were friendly but I will not be staying w them in the future. The bed was very comfortable, so that I was thankful for. We stayed there for 7 nights, so the money pd was for sure more than it should have been."

"This place was great! Location, staff, rooms, cleanliness! It was fantastic! I travel a lot here for work and this will be my property I stay at moving forward. The bar and pool area is wonderful as well!"

"The staff was very helpful. The building had issues with their key system and during my 4 day stay I never had a room key. They staff would have to let you in your room which meant I didn’t go out much because of the inconvenience. The website advertised an airport shuttle which is why I choose this hotel over the others and when I got to the airport I found out it had been discontinued some time ago. The “Suite Shop” where you would normally get a quick something to throw in the microwave after restaurant hours was not stocked at all. Not a single item was in the cooler. Lucky for me they had mac and cheese. The staff through it all was amazing. Never seemed bothered or burdened by needing to take you to your room or help with your bags."

"We voluntarily gave up our room to another guest who ordered, but didn’t receive, a handicapped room. Ours happened to be, so we switched. I suspect we were then put in a room that they hadn’t finished remodeling. The hotel was fine, and the main part of our room was OK. But the showerhead was broken, the bathtub spout was stained, the overhead bathroom fan was hanging down as it might fall, there was paint where it shouldn’t be and lack of paint where there should. The elevator was out, and the stairs up to the third floor were really worn badly and dirty. Staff left bags of linens all over the hallways in the morning so you had to work your way through to walk down the hallway. And finally, the chain lock in the room was installed backward, meaning it would be useless if needed, one screw missing with the needed scree and a cordless drill left on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Price was ok. Probably not returning."

The staff has ruined my stay by making a mistake in my reservation and ruining my son’s graduation day for me, the room service doesn’t not care about Do not disturb signs and ruined a very important work meeting for me by literally breaking into my room. I will skip mentioning breakfast, amenities and other minor things. Associating itself with Hilton is a misleading claim."
