"Due to some type of mix up in our reservation, our original destination of the Westside Extended Stay had no rooms available upon our arrival. However, after a quick consultation with the area manager, we were able to get a room at their Northside location. The room was clean and fresh, the accommodations were comfortable and the amenities provided made one feel right at home. All personnel we had contact with were pleasant and helpful and the property was well-maintained and well-lit at night. The continental breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a surprisingly wide variety of breakfast choices to choose from. This facility will be our preferred accommodation in future visits to our former hometown."

"This property is under renovation so that was a little inconvenient, but the staff was very helpful to make us feel comfortable. We had a little problem with ants and the staff member, Rebecca, moved us to a different room. The breakfast was great. Was a little problem finding how to get to motel, a sign at the road might help. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay."
