Our stay was wonderful! Everything was very clearly communicated and the cabin was lovely. The property is very well kept and decorated. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back.
Very cozy cabin with nice upgraded kitchen , very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. We loved our stay there, and will be back... Bill and Greta E.
Very nice cabin for a group of friends or a family to have a nice weekend getaway. felt secluded and not a far walk to the lake. will definitely consider this location again if we make a return trip to Raystown.

The cabin was exactly as expected-literally a cabin in the woods! It was spacious, well appointed, and overall a great play to stay for a relaxing getaway. The kids loved exploring in the woods and the campfires at night.
So far one of the best cabin experiences we have had. Nothing that would deter us from staying again. We don’t expect perfection and enjoy the more simpler things. Loved the location and overall atmosphere and design.
This was the second time renting from this property group (we stayed in the Red Roof Cabin last time). We can't say enough nice things about this property or the management team. The place was clean and well stocked. It is always so nice and quiet. Great proximity to town and not too far from Lake Raystown. I'm sure we will be back again next year!
I loved pretty much everything about this place. It was clean, quiet and easy to find. Only thing is counterspace! lol I like to cook and needed a little bit more room. BUT that would not deter me from staying there again!
The cabin was so beautiful. The bathroom smells bad. The host tried to make the smell go away, but it kept smelling. The bedrooms were cold initially, but the host was very responsive and gave us a heater. It’s a full cabin experience.
The Lake Cabin's location was excellent. Its just a short drive down the street to access the lake. The cabin feels like you are secluded in the woods but is also conveniently located to the shops, restaurant's, gas stations, and grocery store of Huntington. Also short drive to 7 Points Marina. Owners were very responsive the one time we needed help. There were only two drawbacks for my family. Noises from upstairs living area/kitchen were amplified downstairs in the bedrooms. The top bunk bed is very close to the ceiling so there were a few bumped heads (my kids have bunk beds at home so are used to low ceilings. But the beam ceiling intruded in the space). Overall, great cabin in a great location.
We were here for a family reunion at Raystown Lake. The cabin was perfect for what we wanted. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. We would definitely book this place again next year.

In the woods but easy to find
Great fire pit area and deck overlooking the great outdoors
Close to lake and Huntington
Cabin was inviting and had just about every thing you need.
Needed a place to stay to volunteer and attend the Shavers Creek Maple Harvest Festival. The cabin worked out perfectly for us. Communication with host was great!
