"Very easy, but on the slightly more basic side. Room and breakfast were everything that was needed, but also very perfunctory. The grounds were excellent, I just wish the weather had been nicer to spend time outside in it."

"Great restaurant and good location in a quiet neighborhood near Cambridge. The staff was very accommodating and even kept the kitchen open late to provide us dinner upon our late arrival. Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. The windows do not open in the room (perhaps for safety as the rooms are all ground floor) so the room was a bit stuffy and warm for our comfort. A fan was provided,...

"Had a wonderful overnight stay at Eagle Mill - only wish we could have been there longer. Lovely room with lots of great touches. Very comfortable bed and loved the skylight. View from the room over the orchard was delightful. We were looked after superbly by Marie from start to finish, who was extremely accommodating. We will definitely return to stay when next in the area."

"You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! Would recommend if you're in for a couple of nights and just need a bed. Gud price"

"Welcome was friendly & very helpful. Building quaint. Very clean. Some nice wee touches. No food available. Basic amenities in room lacking - no bin in bathroom, bed sagging at one side, lack of sockets, unable to get shower to work - no one in property in morning to ask for help. Noise from bar until midnight - could hear conversations, music & pool being played. "
