"Great stay in Reno. Game room was great for entertaining the kids and the couch was awesome. Feedback would be the TV is extremely slow to load apps (like a 10 year old computer), the entry way could use a mat to keep the snow/wet shoes at bay (not sure it would fit under the opening door though), and the trash was full and not emptied from the prior guest. All minor feedback for the owner, overall the stay was great. Comfortable beds! Thanks!"

"The house was not clean nor in proper condition to be rented. The house was rather run down but most concerning was the mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The house rules also state that there is an additional charge for each door and window left unlocked upon departure. When I arrived I checked all the windows and found 5 of them unlocked. If I had not check so closely, would I have been charged? "
