"We have stayed there many times over the years traveling to and from NJ & NC and rooms are old always but clean - we personally like it because of the location... all the way at the end of the boardwalk and out of the main hub-bub. We also appreciate the jacuzzi tubs, but as of late they have not been working well enough."

I know this because within 15 minutes of walking barefoot the bottom of my feet were black not even a little dirty. However the next morning we saw housekeeping and asked hip just to mop the floor, which he did and everything was great after that. I would definately go there again."

Upon arrival we weren't able to gain entry right away but the host was great with communicating to us and fixing the minor issue. Overall we will use this property location again. "The house was okay, but it was in terrible condition. Most everything was damaged to some extent. The AC on the 4th floor did not work and the room heated to 78 degrees during the heat of the day even though the AC was set on 68. And the windows were taped shut! The table on the deck was a rusted mess. The code we were given for the lock box was incorrect. The hot water did not work until it was repaired on day 2 of our stay. This property was well below the standards we expect for properties listed on VRBO. "
