This was our second time staying here, and honestly, coming back felt like returning to a place that already holds a special piece of our hearts.We fell in love with it the first time we stayed, and our second visit was just as wonderful. It’s cozy, peaceful, charming, and has everything we could ever want for a relaxing Maine getaway. We love the location, the quiet surroundings, and how easy it is to slow down and just enjoy being together.Some places are simply somewhere you stay, and others become part of your memories. This cottage is definitely the latter for us. We’ve made such beautiful memories here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back again.Thank you for sharing such a special little piece of Maine with us. Until next time! 咽"

"A little outdated and run down. Could use a good deep cleaning. Missing bulbs and flickering light fixture. We just kept it off. Location was awesome! Was equipped alright but we only stayed 2 nights. Water pressure particularly the hot water was not so great."

"This was a great visit for us! The property was very clean, well maintained and very private. The bed was very comfortable. Although we never met the owner, he was very responsive to text messages. We would come back here again. It should be noted that the description of the property should more accurately describe the "kitchen", which consists of a refrigerator and microwave. This wasn't a problem for us, as we are campers and brought our camp stove with us. Overall we were very pleased with this property. Seeing the deer right outside of our window was a real treat!"

"Spinney's is over 160 years old but they have upgraded with mini splits for air conditioning and heating. The staff were very attentive. Our room was on the second floor with nice views but you need to be able to do stairs."

"House was great for our multigenerational vacation! Lovely, cozy, & clean home with lots of space for everyone! Lots of outdoor space which we enjoyed but mosquitoes are rough. Area is close to beach, few minutes to Popham State Park which was great! Overall very quiet location, not too many eating places or supermarkets close by so I would recommend bringing food/meals. Although can definitely find places if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. Host & caretakers on site were very helpful & responded quickly to any concerns. We would definitely recommend & hope to come back again!"
