Hjertets Hus in Humptrup offers you a comfortable temporary home in a quiet, rural village setting, with a spacious 130 m² of living space spread over two floors.

Location
The holiday home is located in Humptrup, near the Danish border, and is ideal for guests who appreciate nature, open spaces, and tranquility.
Enjoy relaxing moments in your own garden, start the day with a cup of coffee on the terrace, and wind down the evening with a barbecue in a cosy atmosphere. There’s a large playground for children just a few minutes’ walk away.

Shopping options are available in Süderlügum, about 4 km away. The North Sea, with ferry connections to Föhr and Amrum, is about 20 km away. From Niebüll (approx. 12 km), you can easily reach Sylt by car ferry.
Other excursion destinations are also easily accessible: the expansive sandy beaches of Rømø (about a 55-minute drive), the Baltic Sea with its swimming beaches, and the city of Flensburg (about 45 minutes). The nearest train station is about 2 km away, and shopping and restaurants are each about 3 km away.

Amenities
The house is situated on a private lot of 450 m² and, with three bedrooms, can accommodate up to five people — ideal for families or couples looking for space and privacy. Children are welcome; a cot and a high chair are provided. The smoke-free accommodation ensures a pleasant living environment. The house was built in 1994 and was last renovated in 2020.

Inside, you’ll find six rooms with clearly defined living and dining areas. The living room, dining room, and a separate sofa area invite you to relax. For entertainment, you’ll find a SMART TV with streaming apps (no satellite TV) in the living room, as well as a radio, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and Wi-Fi. Books and games round out the amenities. Practical amenities such as a coat rack, desk, armchair, chest of drawers, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and an iron and ironing board ensure everyday comfort.

The house features a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water, as well as a separate guest bathroom on the upper floor. The washing machine in the bathroom is for your exclusive use.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for self-catering. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and raclette machine, as well as dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Tea towels and a dustbin are provided—ideal for flexible meals, from breakfast to dinner at the dining table.

The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both larger bedrooms are furnished with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 200 cm. The bedroom with the single bed measures 90 x 200 cm.

Outside, you can enjoy the garden, patio, and patio furniture; sun loungers and a grill are also available. Two private parking spaces are provided.
An initial set of bed linens and towels is required and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be booked as an option.
