"I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. Expedia was not helpful on helping me retrieve my my back because supposedly their was a glitch in their system. It really put me and my family in a bad spot! "The place was very clean, well organized and welcoming. The listing doesn’t do this house justice because the pool space is bigger than it looks on in the picture and it has wonderful outside dining. There’s a decent sized yard and the rooms were great! The listing pictures need to be updated so the size and space of the room can be shown. One of the bedrooms had different beds than in the picture. "The home was as described, sleeper couches in living room were uncomfortable for longterm sitting, but home was over all nice, the neighbors decided night time was the time to work on cars, rev motors and do doughnuts in the street and keep you awake half the night! Other than that our stay here was amazing!"

"The property is beautiful and well kept . Staff is great , 3 pools are a nice addition and spa services that are available. There are only 2 good restaurants ( with good food) on the property and the others are not great . Food options are limited especially if you are vegetarian or pescatarian. The pool bars close early so you need to use inside facilities. But pools are open till 10pm . It would be nice to be able to get food and drinks there . It is on the beach however really not swimmable due to seeweed which was a big disappointment. We went there partly for the beach . Rooms are great , well kept and clean. Great staff service . "
