"It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise."

"What a special place! This beautifully renovated historic lodge strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and preserving the history and character of the property. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and the result was absolutely stunning. It captures the charm of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula perfectly, with its natural beauty, rich history, and welcoming sense of place. The beds were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and the views were simply breathtaking. The owner was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the cocktails that paid homage to Michigan and the tradition of historic cocktails, a thoughtful touch that really added to the charm of the stay. This is exactly the kind of place that makes a trip memorable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful place."
