"This hotel was so, so. The beds were AWFUL! The water slide is only up for 4 hours. The breakfast wasn't great. Overall it was a clean hotel but we won't be staying here again. "

"Room was clean, beds were comfortable. However you could hear everyone outside in the hallway, not those quietly walking by but def. people talking in a normal voice or louder. Thankfully, it was middle of winter and not too many people were there anyway. Would probably stay again. "

"Our stay was disappointing to say the least. The hosts will make excuses and claims, but please only rent this property if you have a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, and DO NOT trust their claim that it is a 20-minute drive to Picture Rocks. Also, the Hot tub was broken, and though the host did have someone come out to look at the hot tub so we could use it twice during our stay, it still had a leak, and reading previous reviews, it sounds like the hot tub has been an issue for previous guests. To the host's credit, they did offer a refund, but when they asked us what we thought was fair and we cited multiple concerns, instead of humility and accountability, they attempted to argue with us and justify a lower refund. We accepted their refund amount, which was somewhat fair. But given the rough road, we could only leave the property once during our stay, and with the weather being a factor, the drive was one of the most terrifying drives of our lives. The road did severely limiting our trip's goals. The host will claim they gave us a warning about the road, which they did, but they also gave us updates that it was okay for travel with "only a few ruts." This was a severe delay, and the road was multiple miles long, which was not disclosed. Other downsides: a bathtub without a stopper (so no bathtub), dirty dishes upon arrival, a sink with a constant drip unless you placed the handle just right, the large right burner on the stove did not work, and no salt & pepper."

"Very nice place to stay and ride snowmobile. Within a mile from the trail and can go through woods to get to trail. Very comfortable with two baths and a full kitchen. Perfect for our family. Will probably be back!! "

"We absolutely loved this cabin! It was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done—attention to detail everywhere. Having a full kitchen and laundry made our longer stay really easy. Even though the cabins are fairly close, it still felt private and peaceful. Quiet nights, bright stars, and such a great view of the lake.We had tons of chances to explore with our pup and came during peak fall colors, which was stunning. The kayaks were awesome, and we even made a trip to Munising—downtown is super cute. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!"
