Apartments in Huez

"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "

"This apartment had fantastic reviews and it lived up to them! The view was amazing, the apartment had all that was needed and the location was great. It was really quiet but still lots of restaurants, bars and other amenities around the complex. Boulangerie 5min walk away. Telecentre lobster lift(takes you to DMC ski area) and the Alpe Express (takes you to Bergers area) are only 3 mins walk away based at the Tourism Office. For our 3, 5 and 7 year old we found that the Bergers area was best with 3/4 tunnel magic carpets for beginners and also lots of greens and blues. The photos don't show this area but the cloths closet behind the double bedroom was really helpful and stored clothes for our whole family. The other room has a double bed sized bunk bed which fills the whole room giving lots of bed space."

"Loved staying here, spacious and great views"

"The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. There are three restaurants nearby and the two next to the slopes were far better than the Google reviews gave them credit for. However, it's a good 20 minute walk to get to the centre of town. The view from the balcony would be great but there's a residence under construction March 2024 right opposite. If you ignore that, it did get afternoon sun on the balcony till dusk."

"Amazing hotel right by the slopes. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is fabulous with a great menu that is executed well. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The spa is perfect for post-ski relaxation. The only feedback I would give is that service on the terrace and bar could’ve been a little more frequent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family coming to the area."
