Finca La Losa Huéscar by Ruralidays

Holiday home 20 km from Puebla de Don Fadrique - Huéscar, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.

The house is set in a massive plot in the Sierra de la Sagra, where two other properties and the guardian's house are also located. The country house is accessible through a gorgeous redwood forest, meaning that this is the ideal place to disconnect and recharge your batteries.

The rental place is located on the ground floor of a larger house, although the 5-people holiday home will be completely private for the guests who rent it.

The rustic charm of the accommodation permeates all rooms. In the house, you will find a dining-living room with an imposing fireplace and comfortable sofas, a well-equipped separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each, whereas the third bedroom features one single bed.

The house is provided with central heating and fans.

The outdoor area welcomes a large porch with a dining table and a lovely, perfectly maintained garden. In addition to contemplating the impressive lawn space, you can also make the most of the sports courts and the fully private swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of the people who rent the house.

Please note that barbecues are not allowed, due to the house's location in the forest.

Access to the house is through a concrete lane, characterised by curves that are typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

bon je commence par le propriétaire Alfonso personne super-gentil et à l'écoute . Maison charmant style rural nous avons été fin juillet début août vraiment pas besoin de clim la maison est très fraîche. Belle pelouse bien entretenue devant la maison Avec piscine à l'écart à peu près à 100 m de la maison à l'eau de source magnifique aucun traitement au chlore . Bon pour le terrain de paddle penser à ramener les raquettes avec la balle ce qu'on n'avait pas penser à ramener . tellement l'endroit et beau magnifique la vue du mont sagra à couper le souffle avec des faons et des cerfs a profusion et sans oublier les magnifiques arbres les Sequoias qui ont à peu près 500 ans et le dernier jour cerise sur le gâteau Alfonso nous a proposé une excursion en 4X4 avec toute la famille pour visiter le terrain immense ce qui a pris au moins 2 heures très beau paysages j'espère pouvoir réitérer cette expérience

Nun, ich beginne mit dem Besitzer Alfonso, einer super netten und aufmerksamen Person. Charmantes Haus im ländlichen Stil, wir waren Ende Juli Anfang August wirklich keine Notwendigkeit für eine Klimaanlage, das Haus ist sehr kühl. Schöne gepflegte Liegewiese vor dem Haus Mit Schwimmbad ca. 100 m vom Haus entfernt mit herrlichem Quellwasser, keine Chlorbehandlung. Gut für den Paddelplatz, wenn man darüber nachdenkt, die Schläger mit dem Ball mitzubringen, woran wir nicht gedacht haben. so schön der Ort und wunderschön die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Berg Sagra mit Kitzen und Hirschen in Hülle und Fülle und ohne die prächtigen Bäume zu vergessen, die Sequoias, die etwa 500 Jahre alt sind, und am letzten Tag, als das Sahnehäubchen Alfonso uns einen 4X4-Ausflug mit dem Ganzen anbot Familie, um das riesige Gelände zu besuchen, das mindestens 2 Stunden gedauert hat. Supero todas nuestras expectativas de descanso, desconexion y de disfrutar del entorno. Es un paraje único, que sin duda merece la pena conocer, sobre todo con la suerte de cooncidir con Alfonso, propietario de la finca, su amabilidad, predisposición y pasión por la zona, hizo que disfrutasemos de cada detalle, dejándonos un gran y bonito recuerdo de nuestra estancia. Sitio donde nos gustaría volver. Las fotos de la web no hacen justicia de lo que realmente te encuentras en la zona.

Toda una experiencia positiva nuestra estancia en este sitio, tanto por el trato de los propietarios como por todo lo que el entorno nos ofrece. La singularidad y tranquilidad de dicho entorno -con unas vistas de privilegio sobre la Sierra de la Sagra- hacen de este lugar un estupendo punto de partida para el encuentro con la naturaleza, en contacto ya con las formidables secuoyas y multitud de animales en libertad.

Alfonso und seine Familie waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir liebten die Fahrt in einem Geländewagen als Safari durch die Farm mit Damwild, Hirsch und Mufflon. Der Aufstieg zur Sagra 2800 mT zu Fuß war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Der Pool und das phänomenale Paddle-Tennis. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besonders in der Hitze der Hitze sehr kühl, ohne dass die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet werden muss. Absolut ratsam.

Das Schwimmbad (das ist ein Quellwasserbecken) hat eine gute Größe Die 4x4-Safari in dem riesigen Anwesen war eine wundervolle Zeit!

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Ausruhen mit der Familie und in Kontakt mit der Natur. Diese Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen in doppelter Hinsicht übertroffen, die Anwesenheit von La Sagra, die die Umgebung dominiert, ist ein Privileg. Darüber hinaus haben die Aufmerksamkeit und die gute Behandlung von Alfonso und seiner Familie unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Viaje en familia de 15 días Lo primero que llama la atención son las secuoyas que se encuentran en el camino de acceso al alojamiento. No tengas prisa por fotografiarlas. Vas a tener mucho tiempo. Se recomienda un paseo a las secuoyas por la tarde., seguramente podrás ver algún gamo/ciervo por los alrededores La parcela que hay delante del alojamiento es inmensa, llena de césped muy bien cuidado, a la que puedes darle muchas posibilidades. Un rato de relax después de la cena es recomendable (con una mantita) con las estrellas como techo. Nos sorprendió la limpieza de la casa (en otros alojamientos nos habíamos llevado sorpresas desagradables). En cuanto a los accesorios, se dispone de todos los necesarios. No obstante, si echas algo de menos díselo a Alfonso (anfitrión) que si esta en sus manos te lo conseguirá. A pesar del calor que puede hacer en el exterior, la casa es muy fresquita. Tiene pinta de que en invierno, con la chimenea encendida, debe de ser muy confortable. Alfonso ha sido muy cercano a nosotros,, atento y pendiente de que estuviésemos contentos en todo momento. Merece mucho la pena dar una vuelta por el monte con él, entenderás todas las posibilidades que tiene la finca. Añade a todo esto una pista de padel, un campo de fútbol sala (de hierba) y una piscina, todo ello muy bien cuidado por Alfonso y Javi. Las vistas desde la casa hacia el pico de la Sagra (2386 metros) son espectaculares. También puedes probar ascenderlo, aunque no es para todos los públicos. Espero que os haya servido el comentario y que podías disfrutar de la casa tal y como lo hicimos nosotros. No obstante, tened en cuenta que vais al monte, a 1300 metros de altitud, metido entre montañas, con el pueblo mas cercano a 20 km y las comunicaciones, en todos los sentidos, son dificultosas. Aprovisionate y disfruta de la naturaleza

Sie werden viel Zeit haben. Ein Spaziergang zu den Mammutbäumen am Nachmittag ist empfehlenswert, sicherlich werden Sie in der Umgebung einige Damhirsche / Rehe sehen Das Grundstück vor der Unterkunft ist riesig, voller gepflegter Rasenflächen, denen Sie viele Möglichkeiten geben können. Empfehlenswert ist eine entspannte Zeit nach dem Abendessen (mit einer Decke) mit den Sternen als Decke. Wir waren überrascht von der Sauberkeit des Hauses (in anderen Unterkünften hatten wir unangenehme Überraschungen erlebt). Was das Zubehör betrifft, so sind alle notwendigen erhältlich. Wenn Sie jedoch etwas vermissen, sagen Sie Alfonso (Gastgeber), dass er es für Sie besorgen wird, wenn es in seinen Händen ist. Trotz der Hitze, die draußen sein kann, ist das Haus sehr kühl.
